Colombia: The DIAN Postpones the Adoption of Resolutions 12, 13 and 15

DIAN COLOMBIA Resolutions 12,13,15

The Colombian Tax Authority (DIAN) has announced the postponement of resolutions 12, 13, and 15 related to the Support Document, Annex 1.8, the electronic payroll, and the RADIAN  system.

The changes to the different timelines are as follows:

  • On resolution 12, the implementation date for annex 1.8 has been changed from august 1st to the 18th of the same month.
  • The timeline for the issuance of the electronic payroll as stated by Resolution 13 has changed. The first group of companies must now be compliant by October 29th.
  • The Radian System for invoice registration as a security will go live on August 18th.

The Colombian tax authority DIAN has announced updates to the implementation deadlines in resolution number 167 of December 30, 2021:

  • The DIAN has established an extension until May 2022 for the electronic generation and transmission of the Documento de Soporte to parties who are not obliged to issue sales invoices or equivalent documents and the adjustment notes by billers.

Companies will now have more time to adapt their systems to the new DIAN regulations. EDICOM can help you comply with the new electronic tax requirements in Colombia.
