Managed EDI SaaS
EDICOM offers a "Service Level" specified in the SLA (Service Level Agreement) for all EDI management resource and task outsourcing services. In order to comply with the SLA, EDICOM performs certain tasks (preventive hardware and software maintenance, log review, database maintenance, etc.).
The Managed EDI SaaS service is an addition to the SLA. It delegates the tasks to be performed in the customer's EDI infrastructure to EDICOM in order to minimize or avoid EDICOM having to devote its own resources to its management.
