e-Invoicing in Romania: RO e-Factura Platform

As of January 1st, 2024, e-Invoicing between companies will be mandatory in Romania through the RO e-Factura platform. The RO e-Factura platform has been available since November 2021 for both the exchange of invoices with public administrations (B2G) and between private companies (B2B).
