Electronic Invoicing in Spain

In this video, we analyze the electronic invoice model in Spain in compliance with the "Crea y Crece" Law, approved in September 2022. This regulation aims to streamline and control B2B transactions, reduce comercial late payments, and promote business growth. In June 2023, the draft Royal Decree that develops this law was published. After a public consultation period, the draft was submitted to the European Commission and is currently under review by the EU member states before its final approval.
